The idea for the title came from a book I (Becca) love called "Making Room: Recovering Hospitality as a Christian Tradition." We chose this title for our blog for several reasons:
- We want to make our home in Italy an open, welcoming place for visitors and friends
- We want to share our everyday life with friends and family (hence creating the "room" of this blog)
- We want to create a habit of clearing out the superfluous things in our life to fill it with Christ (ie. conscientiously "making room" for Him)
